Breann is a Ph.D. student in the Interdisciplinary Ph.D. program in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology. She is co-advised with Dr. Gil Rosenthal at the University of Padua. She is conducting international research on globally invasive herpetofauna. Her research is primarily focused on the how invasive species colonize, stabilize, and spread, especially under the influence of anthropogenic activities. Her work uses the Italian Wall Lizard, Podarcis siculus, as a study system.
